A few words about Russian HR specific
After analysing of many HR practice a may say that in our country the traditions of planning economy are strong yet. Not all, but most of the SEO still think about their workers like about slaves, which have a privelegy to work in his business. Is accept to FSMG companies: supermarkets, minimarkets, bakaly, etc. Heavy taxes forces employers to take on migrants from the ex-USSR countries.
On the over hand – the rising IT and high-technical sector of Russian economy needs a experienced personnel, and competition for they is growing year by year. So, the large state companies (like RusHydro, United machine builders and others) have develope a syn programs, aimed to PR, attraction, recruitment , motivation of stuff. Specially the engineer stuff.
So, the Russian HR specific is as folows:
a) Low level of goverment regulations
b) High competition for the experienced engineer personnel
c) Bad demography
The last thesis is clearly illustrated on the picture above. In a next time i’ll write about the most popular arrangements to overcome this threads.
